If possible, match the same zip and city as your CC holder.
Create a Moncler account
Go to moncler.com.
Go to my Moncler, enter the email you made from the fullz and register an account.
Create a good password and match all information with your CC holder. Confirm the conditions of use and policy. Click on create account.
Select item(s)
